Linear: Smooth and quiet; Tactile: Noticeable bump for feedback; Clicky: Crisp "click" sound with a rhythmic feel.

Can I use standard mechanical switches?

No. The PCB is designed for Hall Effect sensors and lacks pin sockets. They are only hot-swappable with other compatible magnetic switches.

Can I disassemble to mod it?

We encourage DIY! However, be careful with ribbon cables. Physical damage from improper disassembly may void the warranty.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Send your order number and a clear unboxing video/photos to our support email. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

One of my keys is not working after swapping switches. What should I do?

This is usually because the metal pins on the bottom bent during installation. Please pull the switch out, straighten the pins with tweezers, align it with the holes, and press it in gently and vertically.
