Are your keyboards hot-swappable?

Most of our mechanical keyboards feature hot-swappable PCBs, meaning you can easily change switches without soldering. However, please double-check the "Specifications" section on the specific product page to confirm.

Linear vs. Tactile vs. Clicky?

Linear: Smooth and quiet; Tactile: Noticeable bump for feedback; Clicky: Crisp "click" sound with a rhythmic feel.

Is it a Gasket Mount?

It uses gaskets between the plate and case to eliminate hollow sounds, providing a bouncier feel and a "thocky" sound profile.

Can I use standard mechanical switches?

No. The PCB is designed for Hall Effect sensors and lacks pin sockets. They are only hot-swappable with other compatible magnetic switches.

PBT is durable and resistant to wear, avoiding the "greasy shine." ABS is smoother but tends to become shiny after prolonged use.

What does "Double-shot" mean?

The legends are molded using a second layer of plastic rather than printed. This guarantees the legends will never wear off or fade.

What is a CNC Aluminum case?

Precision-milled from a solid aluminum block. It offers superior weight, stability, and a premium metallic aesthetic compared to plastic.

Does the PCB feature flex cuts?

Yes, per-key flex cuts allow keystroke force to be distributed evenly, increasing the soft feel and reducing finger fatigue.

Do you support Rapid Trigger (RT)?

Yes. RT allows keys to reset the instant they travel upwards and actuate the instant they travel downwards, perfect for games like Valorant.

What is the response latency of magnetic switches?

Our magnetic keyboards feature ultra-low latency down to 0.125ms (1000Hz-8000Hz). They eliminate "Debounce Delay" for true instant actuation.

What does "Hot-swappable" mean?

This means you can pull out and replace the switches directly without any soldering. This gives you freedom to mix and match different switches at any time.

Is this keyboard compatible with macOS and Windows?

Fully compatible. There is a system toggle switch. We include replacement keycaps for both Windows and Mac to ensure your visual layout matches your OS perfectly.

What connection modes does the keyboard support?

What are the differences between 60%, 75%, and TKL layouts?

Full-size has all keys. TKL (80%) omits the numpad. 75% is compact but keeps the F-row and arrows. 60% is ultra-compact, removing the F-row and arrows. Piifox offers various layouts to fit your desk space.

How should I charge my wireless keyboard? Can I use a fast charger?

We strongly recommend using the included cable to connect to your PC's USB port. DO NOT use fast chargers (above 5V/1A), as high voltage can fry the PCB power IC and void your warranty.
