Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your mechanical keyboard needs! We are committed to delivering your gear safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, delivery estimates, and international tax rules.

Order Processing Time

In-Stock Items: All orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Order Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we can no longer make modifications.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to a select list of countries. You can verify if we ship to your specific location during the checkout process.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order (e.g., heavy CNC aluminum keyboards vs. lighter accessories) and your destination. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Please refer to the table below for standard estimates:

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, local postal delays, or customs clearance processes may extend delivery times.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Please note that our products are currently available for sale and shipping to select countries only. For all international orders, please be aware that our product prices and shipping fees DO NOT include local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.

Buyer Responsibility: Once the package arrives in your destination country, it may be subject to customs inspections and local taxes determined by your local government. The customer is fully responsible for paying any of these additional clearance fees.

Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay the required customs duties, we will deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees from the final refund.


Pre-orders and Group Buys (GB)

The mechanical keyboard community frequently relies on Pre-orders and Group Buys.

If your order contains both an in-stock item and a Pre-order/Group Buy item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you need the in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders.

Estimated fulfillment dates for Pre-orders are stated on the respective product pages and are subject to manufacturing timelines.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your keyboard or accessories arrive physically damaged due to rough handling by the carrier, please contact us at [service@piifox.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the external packaging.

Lost or Stolen: If your tracking link shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it cannot be located, contact our support team. We will initiate an investigation with the courier. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes after a confirmed delivery.
