Payment Processing Providers

Payments are processed through the payment service providers presented in the PIIFOX checkout. The provider name, authorization result, and any applicable payment terms are shown during checkout before you place your order. PIIFOX does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation

When you submit an order, your selected payment provider may authorize or verify the payment. Your order is accepted only after the payment is successfully authorized and PIIFOX sends an order confirmation email.

Currency, Charges, and Fees

Prices and the checkout currency are shown before payment. Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or local authorities may apply currency-conversion charges, cross-border fees, taxes, or other charges. PIIFOX does not control third-party bank or provider fees.

Failed, Reversed, or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, or appears duplicated, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact service@piifox.com with your order number. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.

Refunds and Returns

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method under our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy for cancellation, return, refund-processing, and refund-arrival terms.
