Our keyboards typically support tri-mode connections: Wired (USB-C), Bluetooth 5.0, and 2.4GHz Wireless. You can pair multiple devices and switch seamlessly.

Is this keyboard compatible with macOS and Windows?

Fully compatible. There is a system toggle switch. We include replacement keycaps for both Windows and Mac to ensure your visual layout matches your OS perfectly.

PBT is durable and resistant to wear, avoiding the "greasy shine." ABS is smoother but tends to become shiny after prolonged use.

Can I disassemble to mod it?

We encourage DIY! However, be careful with ribbon cables. Physical damage from improper disassembly may void the warranty.

When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. For pre-order or group-buy items, please refer to the specific timeline on the product page.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Depending on your country's regulations, you may be subject to import duties. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees.

Is the typing angle of the keyboard adjustable?

Models with bottom kickstands offer dual-stage feet, allowing you to switch between 3 typing angles. Full CNC aluminum cases usually have a fixed, ergonomically optimized angle (around 6.5°).

How do I change the GIF or picture on the keyboard's LCD screen?

You need to download our dedicated driver software. In the "Screen Settings" tab, you can upload your local GIF or JPG files and sync them to the keyboard. Please note the image size limits.

Is the rotary knob only for volume control? Can it be customized?

By default, the knob controls volume and mute. However, via our driver (or VIA on supported models), you can remap the rotation and press actions to scroll pages, zoom canvas, or switch lighting effects.
