GATERON Quinn Tactile Switch Features

GATERON Tactile Mechanical Switches feature a five-pin MX structure with a POM material construction, offering high toughness, wear resistance, and smoothness. The switch utilizes a 22mm double-stage gold-plated spring made from SUS304 high-hardness material, ensuring full resilience and long-lasting performance. The upgraded three-layer pin design reduces pin deformation, ensuring a more reliable connection and increased switch longevity.
The five-pin switch adopts an MX switch structure, and the special part is made of POM material, which has the characteristics of high toughness, high wear resistance and high smoothness. The peak of the conventional tactile switch appears at 1-1.5mm, and the tactile bump is relatively small. The peak is 0.5mm, and the paragraph drop is larger, and the tactile feedback is more pronounced.

22mm double-stage gold-plated spring. The spring is preferably made of SUS304 high-hardness material, with full resilience and rigidity.
The tolerance of the spring force is reduced, and the consistency of hand feeling is improved.
The surface is plated with gold to achieve oxidation and corrosion resistance effects.

The pin is upgraded to be harder in the three layers to create a more reliable connection, less deformation of pins, and a longer lifetime.
